The IPL6010 PlasmaNet PCB series is specifically designed for cleaning and preparing the surfaces and drill holes of printed circuit boards prior to processes such as lamination, metallisation and soldering.

Based on dry vacuum plasma surface treatment, our technology is both effective and environmentally friendly. It is designed to process 18 PCBs (24‘x18') simultaneously.

Thanks to its unique electrode design and gas distribution, it ensures uniform treatment throughout the chamber.

Various configurations and models offer you excellent metallisation quality, regardless of the material: RT & XT Duroid®, Roger PCB, F, Polyimide, Teflon, etc.

La série IPL6010 PlasmaNet PCB est spécialement conçue pour le nettoyage et la préparation des surfaces et des trous de perçage des circuits imprimés avant des processus tels que le collage, la métallisation et la soudure.

Basée sur un traitement de surface plasma à sec sous vide, notre technologie est efficace et respectueuse de l'environnement. Elle est conçue pour traiter simultanément 18 PCB de dimensions (24"x18").

Grâce à sa conception particulière d'électrodes et à la distribution de gaz, elle assure un traitement homogène à l'intérieur de la chambre.

Différentes configurations et modèles vous offrent une excellente qualité de métallisation, quel que soit le matériau : RT & XT Duroid ®, Roger PCB, F, Polyimide, Teflon, etc.

The IPR0155 plasma machine has been designed to integrate into industrial production lines thanks to its upstream and downstream conveyors.

Production rates depend mainly on the treatments required and the materials of the parts.

Radio-frequency plasma enables treatments to be carried out in RIE, discharge or direct modes.

Isytech has developed its own electrode designs and treatments to optimise both the quality and the speed of the process.
