Plasmadart is a plasma torch designed and manufactured by ISYTECH.

The plasma is generated by a high-voltage electrical discharge in a chamber connected to a treatment nozzle. A flow of compressed air is introduced into this chamber. Under the effect of the discharge, the gas dissociates into reactive species, which are projected through the nozzle to form a plasma jet.

This non-contact process improves the adhesion of paints, adhesives and coatings by removing contaminants and modifying the surface tension of the treated materials.

The plasma jet has a very low electrical potential, making it suitable for use in the electronics industry.

Plasmadart is a compact, lightweight and autonomous treatment system that can be easily integrated into existing production lines.
